Booking Process

To request a booking, please submit the booking form found on the " Book" page. Once your form has been submitted we will contact you within 24 hours. After all details are finalized we will send you an invoice to submit payment. Upon acceptance of the invoice a non refundable 20% deposit is due. Date is not booked until deposit is received. Balance will be due 48hours before scheduled event.

Cancellation and inclement weather policy

All bookings and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Bookings can be rescheduled if cancellation is done 48hrs before event date, otherwise full amount is forfeited. If the forecast calls for rain or inclement weather you may reschedule for a later available date.
